The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor II that will be able to perform work under minimal supervision, the incumbent is responsible for the daily supervision of clinical and case management services. Provides administrative/clinical supervision for staff; hires, counsels, supervises and evaluates staff. Monitors/Evaluates service delivery in accordance with established guidelines and principles. Identifies staff training needs and provides/arranges training as needed. Coordinates service delivery with other service areas. Provide support and education to clients, families, and community contacts. Participates in and conducts meetings. Serves as communication channel between staff and administration. Monitors unit budget. Develops unit operating procedures. Performs other work as required. Essential Functions
