We are currently hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers for several locations in the northern and western suburbs, who are compassionate and looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors. We are dedicated to helping our clients improve their emotional, cognitive, and daily functioning.
We are an established growing geriatric-focused practice seeking compassionate LCSWs to provide psychotherapy and cognitive training in senior living communities throughout the Chicago suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments based on psychological, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop treatment plans by addressing client concerns and setting goals to establish a course of action.
- Conduct psychotherapy and cognitive training sessions weekly.
- Provide ongoing communication with our team, clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain progress notes and other pertinent documentation.
Requirements include:
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois
- Compassionate, relationship-centered approach to care
- Experience providing psychotherapy and/or cognitive support services
