Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b> :<\/span>
<\/p>

• Providing individual in -home therapy sessions and group therapy sessions in our outpatient center, perform bio -psycho - social assessments, Etc.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Provide coping and social skills, anger management and reduce risk behaviors such as SIB or physical aggression.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Work to improve youth and caretaker decision -making skills to manage in -home behavioral challenges.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Collaborate effectively and consistently with the Child Family Treatment Team and/or professionals from other disciplines who also work to support the youth and family.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Submit all required documentation and paperwork within designed time frames (intake, treatment plan, dioap notes, etc.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Attend monthly meetings and submit mandatory weekly paperwork<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Must have master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy or related fields as LAC.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Including weekends. Schedule must be flexible. 
    <\/li>
  • Must have at least 1 -year experience providing positive behavior supports, PECS, social stories, use of visual aids and implementing behavior support plans.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Must have prior experience working with children ages 3 -20 or at least 1 -year experience working with children with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Must have professional liability insurance<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Must have Valid driver’s license, registered vehicle, computer or laptop with ability to print.  <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Must pass criminal background check.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Must be able to drive up to 35 minutes or less from home to client.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Must submit resume plus copies of master’s degree, with copy of License.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Bilingual is a plus, Spanish preferable, other languages are welcome.<\/span><\/span>
