Location: Connecticut (Remote/Telehealth)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + Full Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team and deliver high-quality therapeutic services to individuals dealing with mental health challenges. In this full-time, remote role, you will provide virtual therapy sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and contribute to the well-being of clients through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing counseling to individuals, families, and groups.
- Maintain detailed client records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- LCSW certification (active and in good standing).
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.
