This full-time telehealth role gives Licensed Clinical Social Workers the opportunity to provide therapy from a remote setting while supporting clients throughout New York. The work includes conducting virtual sessions, building treatment plans, documenting progress, and helping clients work through personal, emotional, and mental health concerns. Location: New York Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Deliver remote therapy services to clients through video-based sessions
Conduct intake appointments and clinical evaluations
Develop practical treatment plans based on client needs and goals
Provide support for clients experiencing mood concerns, stress, grief, trauma, family issues, or major life changes
Keep clear and complete clinical notes after each session
Review client progress and update goals as treatment continues
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Active New York LCSW license in good standing
Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care
