Job Details

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide outpatient therapy across a diverse patient population including children, adults, families, and couples.
This role is ideal for a Clinical Social Worker, LCSW Therapist, or Licensed Mental Health Clinician seeking a stable, referral-based private practice setting with full admin support.
Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy
Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning
Deliver evidence-based behavioral health and psychotherapy services
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSWs, LMFTs, LCMHCs, and Psychologists

Requirements

Active North Carolina license (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, PsyD, or PhD)
Experience in outpatient therapy, mental health counseling, or behavioral health
Comfortable treating diverse populations (children through adults)
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
