Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health services, assessments, and case management support in a professional healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping individuals achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling, crisis intervention, and supportive services.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, healthcare providers, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist clients with discharge planning and resource referrals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to ethical and professional standards.

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Experience in mental health, behavioral health, healthcare, or related settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
