Location: Kentucky Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual therapy services to clients throughout Kentucky. This role gives you the chance to support people through real-life challenges, help them understand what they’re experiencing, and guide them toward healthier coping skills and steady progress. You’ll provide care remotely while making a meaningful impact in the lives of the clients you serve.
Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
Complete intake assessments and identify client needs
Create treatment plans based on each client’s goals
Support clients working through stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions
Track client progress and adjust care plans when needed
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing
Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable using telehealth and electronic records systems
Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
