Northland Health Centers is currently seeking to hire a LCSW with interest and training in providing therapy for adults, children, and adolescents. Training and experience with play therapy and children is preferred.
Under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Director, the LCSW, as a part of the primary care team, is responsible for providing standardized counseling/talk therapy for NHCs patients with mild to moderate mental health conditions who are referred by NHCs physicians and mid-level providers. The LCSW will work to address other social needs of patients and will utilize area referral sources for needed specialty care, hospitalization, or advance psychiatric assessments and treatments.
