Supplemental Health Care is working with a Home Health Or Hospice in Northampton, Massachusetts to hire Licensed Clinical Social Workers. • Current Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Social Worker License
• American Heart Association BLS
• 1-2 years of relevant experience

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Contract Details:

• $1,638 - $1,835 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Home Health Or Hospice setting
• Weekly pay
• Duties include but are not limited to: communicating with patients and families to provide social, emotional, and psychological support
