This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview- Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
- Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Belton, Raytown, Independence, and Oak Grove, Missouri
Compensation and Benefits- Estimated compensation range of $146,880 - $174,315 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted Missouri license as a clinical psychologist
- PhD or PsyD required
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- 1-year of experience needed as a clinical psychologist
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
