We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to deliver telehealth counseling services to clients located in Montana. This role centers on providing steady therapeutic support, helping clients work through emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns from a secure virtual setting.
As the LCPC, you will guide clients through assessment, treatment planning, therapy sessions, progress reviews, and clinical documentation. The role is best suited for a counselor who values clear communication, strong ethics, and practical care that clients can use in everyday life.

Pay: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy appointments with clients in a secure, confidential setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and identify clinical needs
- Create treatment goals that are measurable, realistic, and appropriate for each client
- Provide counseling using clinically appropriate methods based on client presentation
- Help clients strengthen coping tools, emotional awareness, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Document sessions, treatment updates, safety concerns, and clinical decisions accurately
- Recognize signs of increased risk and follow required escalation procedures
- Refer clients to additional services when their needs fall outside the scope of outpatient telehealth care
Requirements
- Active Montana LCPC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Experience providing individual therapy in an outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth setting
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and secure online communication tools
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Knowledge of HIPAA, client confidentiality, and telehealth best practices
