Licensed Clinical Director | Behavioral Health | Central California

A well-established, mission-driven nonprofit serving children, youth, and families across California is seeking a Licensed Clinical Director to provide clinical supervision, training, and quality assurance across their behavioral health programs in the Clovis, CA area.

This is an onsite, direct placement opportunity with a team that is deeply committed to evidence-based practice and staff development.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing clinical and group practice supervision to program staff
• Leading monthly chart audits and quality assurance activities
• Training staff on evidence-based interventions and clinical documentation
• Consulting on high-risk and crisis situations
• Collaborating with program leadership on strategic planning and practice standards

What You Bring:

• Active California licensure — LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist (minimum 2 years licensed)
• Master's degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience
• At least 2 years of direct clinical service with high-risk youth in community-based, behavioral health, residential, or school-based settings
• BBS qualification to provide clinical supervision
