Harmonia Collaborative Care is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide high-quality behavioral health services to adolescents, adults, and families.

This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants to combine independent clinical practice with the support of an experienced, collaborative multidisciplinary team.

What you’ll do

• Complete mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and psychotherapy• Provide counseling and crisis intervention for clients experiencing emotional and behavioral health concerns• Use evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s developmental needs and goals• Help clients strengthen coping skills, manage health conditions, and make positive changes• Maintain an organized caseload, schedule, and timely clinical documentation• Advocate for clients within healthcare systems and community agencies• Participate in weekly clinical staff meetings, monthly at-risk meetings, and quarterly quality-improvement meetings• Meet established productivity, performance, licensure, and documentation standards

What you’ll bring

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field• LCSW, LMHC, or PhD preferred• Clinical experience in a behavioral health setting• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills• A compassionate, client-centered approach and openness to feedback through supervision• Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team• Familiarity with EMR systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Schedule and setting

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week• Hamburg + Derby location• In-person behavioral health clinic work with telehealth from a home-based office• Some evening hours; no weekends
