Licensed Beautician

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Beautician to provide hair care services to our residents in a warm, welcoming nursing home environment. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

Position Summary:
The Beautician provides hair care services to residents including haircuts, shampoos, sets, perms, color, and basic styling services in accordance with facility policies and Nebraska state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide haircuts, shampoos, sets, perms, coloring, and styling services

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary salon area

• Follow all infection control and safety procedures

• Develop positive relationships with residents and staff

• Maintain appropriate licensure and compliance with Nebraska cosmetology regulations

• Manage scheduling and basic recordkeeping of services provided

Qualifications:

• Current Nebraska Cosmetology License required

• Experience working with seniors preferred

• Knowledge of infection control practices

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Ability to work independently
