Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations
  • Provide coaching, support, and development for stylists and coordinators
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional environment for clients and team members
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires
  • Help drive sales, productivity, and overall salon performance
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
  • Stay current on industry trends and share knowledge with the team
Qualifications
  • Valid NC Cosmetology License
  • Previous salon leadership experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of insalon retail products
  • Organized, detailoriented, and able to multitask
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • A positive attitude, a great smile, and a commitment to growth and success
