Licensed Aesthetician – Med Spa

We’re currently seeking a Licensed Aesthetician with an established clientele who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating memorable client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial and aesthetic treatments with a focus on results and client satisfaction
• Deliver professional, thorough consultations and treatment recommendations
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace at all times
• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
• Confidently recommend upgrades and at-home skincare products to support results
• Create engaging, professional social media content to promote services (support provided!)
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, professional environment

Qualifications

• Illinois Esthetician License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in aesthetics or med spa setting
• Established clientele (Required)
• Experience in skincare retail sales (Preferred)
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Professional, dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
• Passion for aesthetics treatments, skincare, and ongoing education
