    Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services R4 is a joint venture between Rheinmetall a globally leading supplier of defense and automotive products and 4iG Hungarys leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetalls local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike.

    This role is responsible for commercial and licensing governance across Microsoft-based platform services within the Microsoft Platform & Cloud service area. Focus areas include management of the international Microsoft Unified contract Microsoft licensing topics for on-premise environments Azure-related licensing and consumption governance as well as operational alignment between platform services architecture vendors and commercial stakeholders.

    The position acts as the central coordination point for Microsoft-related commercial topics within the service area and supports cost optimization governance compliance and service stability across hybrid enterprise environments.

    In order to achieve our common goals we count on you

    Management and coordination of the international Microsoft Unified contract

    Governance of Microsoft licensing topics across on-premise platform environments

    Coordination of Azure-related licensing consumption and optimization topics

    Ownership of Microsoft-related commercial and licensing topics within the Microsoft Platform & Cloud service area

    Support and governance for SCOM Management Pack licensing and monitoring-related commercial topics

    Coordination with architecture operations service owners and external vendors

    Commercial impact assessment for platform and infrastructure-related changes

    Support cost optimization and usage transparency initiatives

    Preparation and coordination of vendor reviews service reviews and escalations

    Ensure alignment between operational requirements compliance and commercial frameworks

    Support strategic platform and cloud governance initiatives within Platform Infrastructure

    What you will need for successful work

    Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.

    Strong experience in Microsoft licensing and enterprise contract management

    Experience with Microsoft Unified contracts and enterprise support models

    Good understanding of hybrid enterprise infrastructure environments

    Experience with Azure commercial and licensing models

    Understanding of platform operations and infrastructure services

    Ability to translate between technical operational and commercial stakeholders

    Experience working in complex international enterprise environments

    Structured and service-oriented working style

    Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

    Fluent English and German verbally and by writing

    What we are happy about
