Primary Purpose:
Manage library schedule and students two days a week. Provide instructional assistance to students under the direct supervision of a certified teacher. Assist in preparing, conducting, and managing of classroom activities. Primary substitute when needed for all grade levels: K-8th grade.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High School diploma; Prefer some college credits although a degree is not necessary.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics
Ability to work well with children and adults
Ability to communicate effectively
Willing to substitute grade levels K-8th grade
Experience:
Some experience working with children
