Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven liaison to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building relationships and generating client referrals through outreach to hospitals, social workers, community organizations, and other healthcare partners. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our services, identify potential clients, and help grow our client base. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


Responsibilities


  •  Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, social workers, case managers, and community partners 
  •  Identify and pursue new client referral opportunities 
  •  Conduct outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, and email communication 
  •  Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities 
  •  Educate potential referral sources about services offered and benefits to clients 
  •  Follow up consistently with leads and maintain ongoing communication with partners 
  •  Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding 
  •  Track outreach activities, referrals, and conversion metrics 
  •  Provide regular updates and reports on client acquisition efforts 
Qualifications


  •  Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred) 
  •  Previous experience in healthcare liaison, marketing, or business development role 
  •  Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills 
  •  Ability to network effectively and build trust with referral sources 
  •  Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills 
  •  Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities 
  •  Familiarity with healthcare systems and community resources is a plus 
  •  Ability to work independently and meet targets for client acquisition
