You ll also play a key role in supporting and mentoring entry-level team members such as Helpers and Level I Technicians.

Our client is based out of Dallas, TX. They install, design and service low voltage Network Systems for commercial buildings across the nation. They specialize in video/data cabling, Data centers, Audio Visual, Security, and wireless installations. Our client strives to provide excellent customer service and quality installations.
What You ll Do:
Install access control systems, including card readers, door hardware, control panels, and cameras
Run, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling related to access control and integrated systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system layouts
Support Lead Technicians, Foremen, and Project Managers on project execution
Ensure installations meet industry standards and client expectations
What We re Looking For:
2-4 years of experience installing access control devices on commercial projects
Familiarity with industry systems and hardware (card readers, door strikes, mag locks, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Understanding of structured cabling and low-voltage installation practices
Ability to work alongside and support teams that may include Helpers, Apprentices, and Level I Technicians
