What You ll Be Doing
Install and service access control systems including card readers, door hardware, control panels, and integrated devices
Run, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling for access control and security systems
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and system layouts for accurate installations
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure reliable performance
Work alongside Lead Technicians, Foremen, and Project Managers to meet project goals
Support and guide Helpers and Level I Technicians on job sites
Maintain clean, organized, and code-compliant installations
What We re Looking For
2 4 years of commercial access control installation experience
Hands-on experience with card readers, mag locks, strikes, and related hardware
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Understanding of low-voltage cabling and installation best practices
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into leadership
