Level 1 Physician Primary Care

Position: Level 1 Physician – Primary Care (Contract)
Location: OK 74346
Pay: $4,738 – $5,298/week

Contract Duration:

• 07/06/2026 – 11/01/2026 (17 weeks)

Schedule:

• Full-Time (40 hours/week)

• Monday – Friday

• 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for patients across all ages (acute & chronic conditions)

• Obtain medical histories and perform patient examinations

• Diagnose conditions and prescribe medications/treatment plans

• Manage patient flow (approx. 2.5–3 patients/hour)

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Medical License required OR active IMLC with application for OK submitted at onboarding

• Board Certified (preferred) or Board Eligible Physician

• Minimum 3 years primary care experience

• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS

• Must be licensed by Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure

• Must complete required compliance items (NPDB, malpractice disclosure, attestation)

• Comfortable treating pediatric through geriatric populations

• Ability to work in environment with exposure to blood/body fluids
