Level 1 Physician – Primary Care (Contract)

• Location: OK, 74346

• Contract Duration: 17 weeks (July 6, 2026 – November 1, 2026)

• Pay Rate: $4,681 – $5,235 per week

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups

• Manage acute and chronic conditions in outpatient setting

• Diagnose, treat, and coordinate ongoing patient care

• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• Board-certified (preferred) or board-eligible Physician

• Minimum 1 year Primary Care experience required

• Active OK medical license required

• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS

• Must be comfortable treating patients across lifespan
