In this unique role, you will provide children aged 2-12 years old with their first-ever soccer experience, fostering their love for the game through fun and interactive activities.
Your primary responsibility will be to create a playful and engaging environment that encourages learning and development while prioritizing the safety and well-being of each child. As a Let's Kick Soccer Stars Coach, you'll use age-appropriate lesson plans to introduce basic soccer skills, teamwork, and character development (example sportsmanship).
This part-time position requires availability during weekdays and weekends, making it an ideal fit for those looking to make a positive impact on young athletes' lives. We provide all necessary training, so prior coaching experience is not required, although a passion for working with children and a love for soccer is essential.

Requirements
Requirements:
A strong passion for soccer and working with young children.
Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Prior experience working with children is a plus.
Knowledge of soccer is preferable but not mandatory.
CPR/First Aid Certification preferred but not required (can be obtained during training).
Background Check is required.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to session locations.
Availability to work flexible hours, weekdays and Saturday mornings.
