- Working directly with loan officers & realtors sending you live deals
- Quoting home & auto FAST to help them close on time
- Becoming their go-to insurance guy/gal
- Bundling policies and maximizing each opportunity
- Building a pipeline that compounds every month
Comp Plan:
- $1,500/month base
- 4555% commission (uncapped)
- Residual income on renewals
- The more relationships you build, the more you make
