Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ability to assist with uploading and administration of Board meeting materials for two public companies. Prior experience with Diligent or similar Board platform is a bonus
  • Assist in obtaining and maintaining various business licenses, corporate organization, foreign qualifications, and similar corporate filings
  • Support corporate documentation of Board meetings and related records
  • Perform special assignments or projects as needed
  • Excellent attention to detail, superb writing, and proofreading abilities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint software programs; some experience in Excel and SharePoint environment would be desirable but is not mandatory
  • Requires a motivated, self-driven, independent, efficient, and resourceful team player and individual contributor
  • Experience managing due diligence, regulatory filings, etc
  • Ability to adapt to new subject matter areas easily and assimilate information quickly to develop additional areas of expertise
  • Exceptional reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Professionalism and integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Desire to work on general corporate matters and various other matters
  • Ability to maintain effective relationships with team members on a small team, as well as colleagues on all employee levels, including senior and mid-level management, business partners, vendors, outside legal counsel and opposing party counsel
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability and desire to work independently as well as collaboratively
