Reporting to senior recruiting leadership, the Recruiting Assistant plays a key role in coordinating candidate experiences, managing recruiting operations, and supporting strategic hiring initiatives. This position provides valuable insight into recruitment, talent acquisition, and operations while working closely with c-suite / stakeholders, candidates, and business professionals.

Description

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple practice areas.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Greet candidates, provide office tours, and escort applicants throughout the interview schedule.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within the firm's recruitment systems.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Legal Recruiting team and assist with ongoing hiring initiatives.
  • Contribute to recruiting projects, seasonal hiring programs, and cross-functional talent acquisition efforts.
  • Attend industry recruiting events and professional development programs as appropriate.
  • Assist with special projects and additional recruiting initiatives assigned by recruiting leadership.

Profile

  • Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, operations, or professional services environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, including proofreading and maintaining accurate records.
  • Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Prior recruiting or professional services experience is beneficial but not required.

Job Offer
