Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
· Minimum of 3 years of legal recruiting experience, with demonstrated success recruiting attorneys and legal support staff
· Prior experience recruiting in a law firm environment required
· Experience recruiting for a plaintiff personal injury firm is a major plus
· Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate complex legal backgrounds and practice areas
· Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills
· Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
· High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity

This is a LEGAL Recruiting /Search role, who will do full-cycle recruitment efforts with a strong focus on legal talent acquisition. This role is responsible to attract top-tier legal professionals across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage full-cycle recruitment for attorneys, paralegals, case managers, legal assistants, and other support staff
· Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
· Conduct in-depth interviews to assess legal expertise, practice-area experience, career progression, and cultural fit
· Review resumes, writing samples, bar status (where applicable), and other credentials to evaluate qualifications
· Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social media
· Guide candidates through the interview process while ensuring timely communication and an exceptional candidate experience
· Coordinate and schedule interviews, working collaboratively with candidates and internal stakeholders
· Lead offer development, negotiation, and closing strategies to secure top talent
· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, firm leadership, and external recruiting partners
· Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal hiring requirements
· Track and manage requisitions through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate recruiting data
· Stay current on legal hiring trends, market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and competitor practices
· Represent the firm professionally and strengthen the firm’s employer brand within the legal community
· Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned
