Legal Receptionist

Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused receptionist with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills needed to serve as the first point of contact while supporting daily office operations and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish | English speaking a plus!

LOCATION: Tigard, OR

SALARY: $20.56-$25.69/hr. DOE

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm | 8-week duration possibility to extend
*Background check required upon offer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys and the public, delivering professional customer service and responding to inquiries through in-person, phone, and email communication. 

  • Coordinate daily office operations by managing meeting schedules, distributing notices, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining organized reception and meeting areas. 

  • Support workplace efficiency and security by monitoring visitor access, handling mail distribution, training backup reception staff, and promoting inclusive communication practices.
     

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • 2+ years of front desk and customer service experience, including multiline phone systems, receptionist duties, and scheduling coordination. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) with strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills in fast-paced environments. 

  • Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, teamwork, and ability to manage confidential or sensitive situations while delivering inclusive, high-quality customer service; bilingual Spanish skills preferred.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role requires prolonged desk and computer work, frequent in-person and phone communication, and the ability to occasionally lift or move office materials and event supplies up to 20 pounds.
