This key leadership position is ideal for a business-minded professional with legal services experience who can optimize performance, lead high-performing teams, and help expand the firm's reach.The Legal Operations Executive will manage internal workflows, support staff (including paralegals and legal assistants), and help drive efficiency across the firm. In addition, this role will work closely with the Managing Partner on business development, marketing initiatives, and long-term strategic planning.This is a unique opportunity to make a direct and lasting impact at a mission-driven firm poised for significant growth.Leadership & Team ManagementOversee attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure smooth workflows, strong team performance, and a culture of accountability and excellenceManage staffing needs, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development in collaboration with firm leadershipOperational Oversight & Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in current systems and implement practical improvements to streamline operations and reduce overheadWork closely with the Managing Partner, attorneys, and administrative staff to align operations with firm goals using law firm-specific—not corporate—strategiesImplement and manage KPIs, reporting systems, and internal processes to track performance, compliance, and profitabilityAssist with budgeting, resource allocation, and staff performance evaluations to ensure alignment with growth targetsCase Management & Client ServiceMonitor case progression and ensure timely resolution with high client satisfactionEnsure all operational practices comply with legal standards, ethical guidelines, and firm policiesBusiness Development & GrowthDevelop and execute strategies to attract new clients, build strategic partnerships, and increase revenueManage lead generation, sales pipeline development, and cross-practice business opportunitiesCollaborate on marketing campaigns and brand positioning effortsAttend legal industry events and networking opportunities to promote the firm and increase visibilityConduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and growth opportunitiesQualificationsActive law license in Florida preferred but not requiredProven experience in law firm operations—ideally in property damage, insurance litigation, or consumer protectionStrong leadership and team management skills, with a record of improving workflows and supporting legal professionalsExperience working directly with attorneys, managing partners, and legal service vendorsDemonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and scaling firm operationsStrategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a bias toward practical, results-driven decision-makingFamiliarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and digital marketing strategiesExcellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skillsCommitment to mentoring teams and fostering a high-performance, client-focused culturePerformance-based bonusesProfit-sharing potential based on new business contributionsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) and retirement plan optionsGenerous paid time off (PTO)United Law Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
