Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance testing for the Legal Bill Analysis Center of Excellence (LBACOE).
- Conduct expert peer reviews of LBACOE invoice analyst work using specialized legal expertise.
- Make adjustments to previously-adjusted invoice line item entries and document comprehensive justification.
- Correct adjusted and non-adjusted invoice lines.
- Engage in written communications with law firm vendors regarding invoice adjustments.
- Leverage legal knowledge to achieve mutually agreeable resolutions on disputed invoice adjustments.
- Support appeals mediation efforts by analyzing invoices in line with company billing guidelines.
- Provide guidance to business unit partners regarding issues or opportunities within the LBA process.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) required.
