Job Description :
We are seeking someone who can assist with outbound/inbound client communication and inbound call coverage. The ideal candidate would be professional, empathetic, and comfortable speaking with clients in a plaintiff-side legal environment. Responsibilities would include reaching out to clients for follow-up, gathering basic information, providing status updates as appropriate, and answering incoming calls with a high level of customer service.
