As part of the Center for Life, you will defend unborn babies, mothers, and pro-life advocates through civil litigation, constitutional claims, and defending pro-life laws. Your responsibilities include developing legal strategies, drafting court filings, arguing cases, conducting research, managing discovery, and engaging with media. You will also mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with allied legal groups.
Minimum qualifications include a JD, active bar license, and at least one year of complex litigation experience; five or more years are preferred.
