Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Contracts & Compliance Manager on behalf of a growing national organization. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity based in the Phoenix Metro Area, offering the opportunity to partner with senior leadership while supporting contract administration, compliance initiatives, and business operations across a multi-location organization.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Contracts & Compliance Manager will serve as a key member of the Legal and Business Operations team, supporting contract administration, regulatory compliance, governance initiatives, and cross-functional business projects. This role partners closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to oversee contract lifecycle management, strengthen operational processes, mitigate risk, and support organizational growth through effective compliance and business operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and experienced managing contracts, compliance programs, and legal operations within a fast-paced, multi-location or highly regulated environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a variety of commercial and operational agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documentation.
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including contract organization, tracking, reporting, and document management.
Partner with Legal, Operations, Finance, and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and contractual compliance.
Support compliance initiatives by monitoring regulatory requirements, internal policies, and organizational procedures.
Assist with risk management activities through documentation, issue resolution, process improvements, and internal coordination.
Develop and maintain contract templates, reporting tools, and standardized workflows to improve efficiency and visibility.
Coordinate special projects and provide support for legal and business operations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Experience supporting contract administration, compliance, legal operations, or business operations within a multi-location or highly regulated organization.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, compliance, and risk management principles.
Ability to interpret contractual language and communicate complex concepts to cross-functional business partners.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
