Legal & Business Operations Associate
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Compensation: $85,000 – $93,000 per year (DOE)
Status: Full-Time, In-Office (Hybrid eligibility after 6 months)
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Legal & Business Operations Associate to serve as a strategic right-hand to our General Counsel (GC) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

The role will provide high-level administrative support to the GC and COO.
Legal Operations:
- Manage the lifecycle of legal documents, including drafting, reviewing, tracking, and filing contracts and agreements.
- Serve as the initial reviewer by gathering relevant information, organizing supporting materials, and distilling key issues for the General Counsel.
- As the role develops, and as institutional knowledge grows, the level of autonomy and authority in executing tasks and managing workflows will expand accordingly.
Business Operations:
- Compiling and analyzing data related to our portfolio performance and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development of new reporting structures and special projects.
- Oversee the tracking of documents and project deliverables, coordinating across departments to support execution and timely completion.
We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of legal or executive administrative support experience. The ideal individual is tech-savvy, particularly with Excel, highly detail-oriented, proactive in approach, and able to exercise sound discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
