Job Details

You'll support the Education Practice Group on Title IX investigations, working closely with attorneys from fact-gathering through written findings, with significant off-site interview and client-facing work.

  • Assist attorneys on Title IX investigations, including attending off-site interviews and meetings
  • Take detailed notes and prepare written summaries and investigative materials
  • Manage case files and handle document management across active matters
  • Support document review and preparation, legal filings, and client communication
  • Conduct research and case analysis on education-law and Title IX issues

Looking for:

  • Paralegal certification or equivalent legal experience
  • Experience in fact-gathering, investigations, or conducting interviews
  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and document preparation; Title IX knowledge a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases; document management experience
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
