We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have have a Legal Assistant opportunity available with a plaintiff personal injury law firm located in Stuart, FL.

The Legal Assistant is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Managing and maintaining client files, records, and case-related documentation.
  • Preparing, drafting, processing, scanning, filing, and organizing physical and electronic documents and correspondence.
  • Assisting with client communications, including obtaining updates, requesting supporting documentation, and handling telephone inquiries.
  • Performing general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, mail processing, copying, scanning, and document management.
  • Uploading and maintaining documents within case management and electronic discovery systems.
  • Supporting attorneys and paralegals through client coordination, meeting assistance, and translation services (Spanish preferred)
  • Assisting with reception and other office support functions as needed.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Legal industry
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Bilingual/Spanish highly preferred.
Pay Rate:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
