Kiawah Island Real Estate is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant in the Legal Department for our Real Estate Sales Offices on Kiawah Island.
This position will report directly to the Legal Administrator in the Legal Department and involves significant data entry and records management responsibilities, including maintaining and updating an extensive real estate database, entering and verifying transaction information, processing legal and real estate documents, conducting deed searches, generating reports, and ensuring the accuracy of large volumes of property and contract data.
Requirements for the position include: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of strong administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, effective written and oral communication skills, the ability to problem solve and work independently, and the ability to work with all levels of management across the company. Must have strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Full-time position in office, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
