JOB SUMMARY
Teaches Psychology courses by delivering engaging, student-centered instruction aligned with academic standards and course objectives. Provides academic support and guidance to students, evaluates student learning through assessments and assignments, maintains accurate course records, and contributes to a positive learning environment that promotes student success.
MAJOR DUTIES
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Normal office environment within a university setting, providing both in-person and online instruction. Utilizing standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, and email, along with technology-based learning materials and learning management systems.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical requirements of the job will consist of standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time while instructing and/or engaging in meetings.
