The Department of Communication and Theatre Arts is seeking a Lecturer in Costume Design and Shop Management to start in Fall 2026. This annual, 10-month, non-tenured position involves teaching one course per semester, such as Costume Design or related topics, and serving as the lead Costume Studio Manager. The role includes overseeing daily studio operations, supervising staff and students, designing costumes for theatre and dance productions, and collaborating with directors and choreographers. The candidate will support student learning through hands-on experience and participate in rehearsals, production meetings, and inventory management.
