Primary Purpose of Organization Unit

Athletic Training instruction and services.

Primary Purpose of Position

Teach undergraduate courses as assigned by the Department of

Kinesiology Chair. Position also provides medical care for assigned

sports teams as assigned within the Department of Athletics. Primary sporting

assignments: TBD in conjunction with AD.

Teach undergraduate courses as assigned by the Department of

Kinesiology Chair; provides daily medical care for assigned teams to include

all team activities and associated travel, including nights and

weekends; maintain appropriate electronic medical records;

supervise graduate assistant athletic trainers; carry out

administrative and other duties as assigned by the Dept. Chair or

the Senior Associate Athletics Director.

BOC Certification, AED/CPR Certification, Licensed or Eligible for athletic training licensure in North Carolina by August 2026
