We are seeking an experienced Leave of Absence (LOA) Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for administering employee leave programs while providing outstanding customer service and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

What You'll Do:
- Administer employee leaves, including FMLA, ADA, Medical Leave, Parental Leave, Military Leave, and Disability programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave requests and questions.
- Coordinate with HR, managers, and third-party leave administrators throughout the leave process.
- Maintain accurate leave records and ensure timely communication and documentation.
- Assist employees with return-to-work processes and reasonable accommodations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and company leave policies.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of Leave of Absence, Benefits, or Human Resources experience.
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and disability leave administration.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certification preferred.
- Experience working with third-party leave administrators (Sedgwick, Lincoln Financial, The Hartford, Matrix, etc.).
- Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
