Position Overview:As a Leasing Specialist focused on lease-ups, you play a crucial role in the successful launch of a new residential community. We look for excellence. You are responsible for leasing, marketing, and promoting our property to ensure high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction. This position requires creative outreach and networking. Must have luxury multi-family housing leasing experience. You report to the Senior Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Optimize the luxury leasing experience in both prospect experience and time management to optimize tours.
Use a keen eye to ensure the property presents well.
Aggressively manage the lead to lease process.
Timely and detailed follow-up throughout the leasing process and in a manner beneficial to the prospective resident.
Conduct market research to identify target demographics and trends.
Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract potential residents.
Skilled at various approaches in closing to achieve high closing ratios.
Host open houses, property tours, and community events to promote the property.
Assist prospective residents with the application process and provide information about lease terms and amenities.
Maintain accurate records of all leasing activity, including applications, leases, and tenant interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
An ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of leasing experience, and preferably lease-up experience.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred.
Strong sales and/or management experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or retail industries is preferred.
The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Creative sales and marketing techniques.
A passion for helping people find their next home.
Excellent customer service skills with a can-do attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Experience with Livly is a plus.
Ability to travel to local businesses with the potential for needing to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
Knowledge of Fair Housing and Equal Employment.
The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 plus commission. Salary depends on experience.
