The Leasing Officer is a sales, revenue-generating role responsible for driving portfolio growth through new business development, relationship expansion, and strategic channel management. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to community bank partners and their clients, delivering tailored equipment financing solutions while maintaining strong credit discipline. Success in this role requires a consultative sales mindset, strong financial acumen, and the ability to independently originate, structure, and close transactions.
Primary Responsibilities: Sales and Relationship Management (75-85%)
