Leasing & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager to lead a vibrant luxury student housing community near the University of Minnesota.

What You'll Do:

• Drive leasing performance and occupancy through strategic outreach
• Lead and mentor leasing team, community assistants, and brand ambassadors
• Plan resident retention initiatives, marketing events, and campus outreach
• Conduct tours, respond to leads, and manage digital and print campaigns
• Build partnerships with student groups and local businesses
• Oversee roommate matching and move-in process
• Utilize property management systems for data tracking and reporting
• Collaborate on marketing strategy and ensure compliance
• Train, develop, and evaluate team members
• What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in student housing leasing and marketing
• 1+ year leasing experience at a large student housing property or new development lease-up
• Strong campus connections and digital marketing expertise
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
