We are seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager for a growing Student Housing division in Minneapolis, MN.
The role involves leading sales and marketing efforts to meet or exceed leasing goals and deliver outstanding resident experiences. Key responsibilities include managing and developing leasing staff, conducting tours, closing sales, and executing renewal campaigns and marketing plans within budget.
Qualifications include a preferred bachelor's degree, at least one year of leasing and sales experience, with a background in Student or Residential housing preferred. Experience with systems like Entrata is a plus.
