The Leasing and Service Professional, Level 3 is a senior individual contributor who leads leasing execution, supports occupancy performance, and provides day-to-day training and guidance to junior leasing associates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform leasing, move-in, renewal, and transfer activities
- Qualify prospects and conduct high-quality tours
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence for all traffic sources
- Process applications, approvals, payments, and lease documentation
- Inspect show units and tour paths for readiness
- Support resident retention and outreach initiatives
- Train, mentor, and coach less experienced leasing team members
- Assist management with competitor research
- Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience
- Strong administrative accuracy and leasing systems proficiency
- Ability to coach peers and model best practices
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 Years of Multifamily leasing experience
- 5 Years of Yardi CRM IQ
- Training or onboarding experience
- Valid driver's license where travel between communities is required
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coach, train, and mentor team members effectively
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing communication abilities
- Ability to professionally handle escalated resident or prospect concerns
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to provide clear direction, feedback, and instruction to peers
- Strong organizational and cross-functional communication abilities
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations

- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
