Leasing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Leasing Manager who is technically savvy, to help lead daily operations, support our residents, and drive leasing performance for a thriving apartment community. This role partners closely with the Property Manager and plays a key part in delivering an exceptional living experience for our residents.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Support daily property operations and step in for the Property Manager when needed.
• Oversee leasing performance, revenue goals, and the on‐site leasing team.
• Manage resident records, rent collection, deposits, notices, and reporting.
• Handle move‐ins, move‐outs, lease renewals, inspections, and resident communications.
• Maintain strong customer service and positive resident relationships.
• Process service requests and coordinate with maintenance for timely follow‐up.
• Lead all aspects of the leasing process: inquiries, tours, applications, approvals, and move‐ins.
• Maintain organized files, reports, and documentation.
• Manage community marketing efforts, social media presence, and market surveys.
• Monitor local market trends and provide pricing/marketing feedback.
• Assist with interviewing, training, and supporting on‐site staff.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of on‐site property management or leasing experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship‐building skills.
• Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with property management software, Microsoft Office, and online tools.
• Ability to lead, support, and motivate leasing and maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of leasing practices, market trends, and resident retention strategies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
