A privately-held multifamily owner-operator is hiring a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to support apartment communities in the Oklahoma City area. The role works closely with on-site management and supports leasing across multiple properties.

About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a central role in the leasing experience — from initial inquiry through move-in. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a customer-facing environment.

Day-to-Day

  • Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Tour apartment homes and present community features to prospective residents
  • Track prospect activity and follow-ups in the property management system
  • Prepare lease agreements and related move-in documentation
  • Conduct pre-move-in unit inspections
  • Coordinate keys, access devices, and parking assignments at move-in
  • Assist with resident questions and service request intake
  • Stay current on competing properties and local market activity
  • Help prepare market surveys and leasing reports
  • Support resident events and on-site activities

What We're Looking For

  • Two or more years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish — able to read, write, and speak both fluently
  • Comfort with property management software (ResMan, Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic math skills for prorations, deposits, and lease calculations
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • NALP or similar leasing certification a plus

Compensation and Benefits

  • $21–$23 per hour, depending on experience
  • Leasing commissions and performance bonuses
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Apartment discount
